Article 1 (Services)

Kachishiru (“this Service”) provides listings of used trucks, construction machinery and agricultural machinery (hereinafter “machinery”) for sale, purchase and auction agency, accepts purchase and sale requests for machinery, and hosts job and job-seeker postings.

Article 2 (The Kachishiru office is a party to machinery transactions)

For the purchase and sale of machinery, the Kachishiru office is not merely an intermediary but a party to the transaction (seller or buyer). Requesters never interact directly with listed dealers or partners, and the two sides are not connected even after a deal is closed (blocking hub). The Kachishiru office is the single point of contact for requests, negotiations and transactions.

Consultation margins and similar fees of the Kachishiru office are included in the transaction price; terms are quoted individually.

Article 3 (Disclosure of conflicts of interest)

This Service mixes pages for machinery that the Kachishiru office itself sells or buys with pages listed on behalf of domestic businesses. All public pages are listed under the Kachishiru name; we do not distinguish our own inventory from consigned inventory or display business names. The Kachishiru office verifies the accuracy and condition of listings before publication, but the final purchase decision is the requester’s own responsibility.

Article 4 (Talent information = non-interference by the Kachishiru office)

Job postings and job-seeker registrations (hereinafter “talent information”) are public postings that connect businesses and job seekers directly. Under the Japanese Employment Security Act, the Kachishiru office does not intermediate or broker them. Interactions regarding talent information are the responsibility of the posters.

A job seeker’s contact details are disclosed to a business only when the individual approves (via an application or an approved disclosure request). The Kachishiru office is not involved in employment contracts concluded between businesses and job seekers.

Article 5 (Identity verification via email link)

For requests, job postings and job-seeker registrations, we send an identity-verification link (magic link) to the email address you provide. There is no password registration or sign-up screen. Verification is completed when you click the link. Please discard any email you do not recognize.

Article 6 (AI-generated information)

AI-generated valuations, market prices, translations and similar outputs shown on this Service are automatically generated reference values, not final prices. Machinery prices are finalized and communicated by the Kachishiru office sales staff. AI input assistance is shown as a suggestion and is confirmed by the poster.

Article 7 (Continuation of listed pages)

Listed machinery pages remain public with a request form even after a deal is closed or the listing ends. We never delete pages and make them disappear; past listings remain as reference information (their closed or ended status is shown on the page). If you do not wish to be listed, please contact us.

Article 8 (Listing fees)

Page listings, job postings and school listings are currently free. If they become paid in the future, we will announce this in advance before switching. Margins of the Kachishiru office on consultations and transactions are included in the transaction flow as stated in Article 2.

Article 9 (Prohibited acts)

• False information, machinery belonging to others, or requests, postings and applications under a false identity
• Soliciting direct dealings between users of this Service, bypassing the Kachishiru office
• Use for transactions that violate laws, including export controls
• Any other act that interferes with the operation of this Service

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

Listed information and AI outputs on this Service are reference information; their completeness and accuracy are not guaranteed. The Kachishiru office is not liable for damages arising from the use of listed information except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Article 11 (Changes to these terms)

These terms may be revised as necessary. Material changes will be announced on this Service.
