1. Information we collect

• Email address (for requests, job postings and job-seeker registrations — the destination for identity-verification links)
• Request details (desired machinery conditions, request text, name (optional), country of residence)
• Job and job-seeker posting content (company name, work location, salary, self-PR, qualifications, experience, etc.)
• Images of machinery you list (including registration-certificate photos)

2. Purposes of use

• Responding to requests, quotations and negotiations (machinery transactions are conducted by the Kachishiru office as a party to the transaction)
• Identity verification for postings (sending magic links)
• Publication of listed pages, jobs and job-seeker information
• Notices and communications regarding use of the service

3. Public and non-public information

Publicly visible job-seeker information is anonymous. Self-PR, qualifications, experience, desired work locations and desired salary are published, but names, email addresses and phone numbers are not. Contact details are disclosed to a business only when the individual approves an application or disclosure request.

Request contents and requesters’ email addresses are never published. Photos and registration-certificate images of listed machinery are shown on public pages with personal information (names, addresses, etc.) masked.

4. Provision to third parties

We do not provide posting information or contact details to third parties except: (1) disclosure or applications approved by the job seeker; (2) the scope necessary for the Kachishiru office to execute transactions as a party to machinery purchases and sales; (3) as required by law. Because the Kachishiru office does not intermediate talent information, provision via the Kachishiru office occurs only upon the individual’s approval.

5. Outsourcing to external services

To operate this Service, we use external services for data storage and email delivery (cloud providers, email delivery providers, etc.). Each provider handles information only within the scope of the purpose.

6. AI processing

We may use AI for valuations, translations and input assistance. AI outputs are reference material and suggestions, and are reviewed by the poster or Kachishiru office staff before publication. We do not provide information to AI vendors for training purposes.

7. Cookies

We may use cookies for site usability. You can disable them in your browser settings (some features may become unavailable).

8. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

If you wish to disclose, correct or delete your information, please contact us. We will respond after identity verification, except for information that must be retained by law, such as transaction records.

9. Minors

Persons under 18 years of age may not use this Service.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised. Material changes will be announced on this Service.
