- A. No account is needed — every form works with just your email address (we verify your identity with a link sent to it, and continue our communication by email).
- Q. Do requests or valuations cost anything?
- A. Requests are free. Valuations and market prices we share are reference values, not final prices.
- Q. Can I use Kachishiru from outside Japan?
- A. Yes — cross-border machinery purchases (purchase requests) are welcome from anywhere. Sale requests, jobs, and domestic research content are available only in Japan.
