No account needed
No account or password is needed. We send a verification link to your email address, and you can start after verifying it
The office is the contact for machinery
All machinery requests and listing inquiries go through the Kachishiru office. You never deal with dealers directly, even after closing
Free to use
Requests and listings are free. Valuations and market prices we share are AI-generated reference values, not final prices
Want to buy machinery (purchase request)
Tell us what you need and the Kachishiru office searches for-sale listings, auctions and our dealer network across Japan, then proposes candidates with reference prices. Cross-border purchases are welcome.

Our team reviews your request and contacts you at the address you entered
We research and propose
We look for matching machines in for-sale listings, auctions and our dealer network, and email candidates with reference prices
Close the deal
Review the terms and close. The Kachishiru office sells to you directly, including export arrangements
You can also inquire directly from a machinery detail page (the floating inquiry button) — the office answers with availability and pricing.
Your request can be published as an anonymous card (without your company, name, contact or exact budget) once you approve it. Publishing signals demand to Japanese dealers; keeping it private and just proceeding with the deal is also fine

Track your requests (My Page)
Your requests and conversations are collected on My Page. No account is needed — a link in your email opens it (Google sign-in also works).

A verification link arrives (valid for 48 hours)
See your requests
Access the list of your requests, each conversation thread, and the publish state of each request. Multiple machines can be listed at once with the “+ Add machine” button on the listing form

- Q. Do I need to create an account?
- A. No account is needed — every form works without signup (we verify your identity with a link sent to your email; My Page can also be opened with Google sign-in).
- Q. Does it cost anything?
- A. Requests and listings are free. Valuations and market prices we share are reference values, not final prices.
- Q. Can I use Kachishiru from outside Japan?
- A. Yes — machinery purchase requests (cross-border sourcing) are welcome from anywhere. Sale requests, listings, jobs and license content are for users in Japan.
- Q. Who do I actually deal with?
- A. For machinery, all communication goes through the Kachishiru office — buyers and dealers are never connected, even after closing. For jobs, employers and job seekers interact directly.
